Extreme Fight World

Extreme Fight World (EFW) is a professional wrestling and combat sports organization based in Northeast Ohio. Operating out of Euclid, Ohio, EFW combines live professional wrestling, athlete development, and combat sports promotion under a single banner, creating a unique presence within Ohio’s independent wrestling landscape.

The organization’s roots date back to 1998 with the founding of Extreme Futuristic Wrestling in Cleveland. Following several transitions over the years, the promotion was relaunched in 2018 as Extreme Fight World, carrying forward a legacy that spans more than two decades. Today, EFW continues to build upon that history through live events, training opportunities, and streaming content that reaches audiences beyond Northeast Ohio.

Based at the NEO Sports Plant in Euclid, EFW has become known for its hard-hitting in-ring style, regular “Adrenaline” events, and commitment to developing the next generation of professional wrestlers. In addition to live events, EFW programming has been distributed through streaming platforms, helping showcase Ohio-based talent to a broader audience.

As both a promotion and training hub, Extreme Fight World occupies a unique position within Ohio wrestling. Through its focus on competition, athlete development, and combat sports entertainment, EFW continues to contribute to the growth of professional wrestling in Northeast Ohio while carrying forward a history that dates back to the late 1990s.
