FAQ’s

Hey fans! We have been getting quite a few e-mails here at the Wrestle Ohio office, wanting to know various things about the site, and about the people behind it. While we greatly appreciate your e-mails (in other words…keep ‘em coming!!) we can’t respond to each and every one of you, so we have put together this FAQ’s section to answer some of your questions. Hope you find it informative, and remember, if you have any other questions, you can contact us via our Contact page anytime.

Q: What is WrestleOhio.com all about?

A: That’s an easy one…WrestleOhio.com is all about pro wrestling in the State of Ohio. Here you will find news, rumors, results, upcoming events, and more from all of your favorite wrestling feds in the Buckeye State. We are striving to be your #1 Source for Ohio Pro Wrestling News!

Q: Who runs WrestleOhio.com?

A: Simply put…you do! While we have a great staff that works their asses off to put this site together, none of this would be possible without the help and feedback of the promoters, wrestlers, fans, and pretty much anyone that has an interest in Ohio Pro Wrestling.

Q: Yeah, but the site’s awesome…who put it together? Who is the staff?

A: Slam Designs/Slam Entertainment built the framework for WrestleOhio.com. From there many, many hours of hard work has been put into the site by our dedicated staff, which right now consists of V.L. & Sara Stricklett. Combined, they bring 14 years of experience in the wrestling business to WrestleOhio.com, and have worked in such noted federations as RCW, WWC, MPW, & PXW. More staff will be added in the near future.

Q: My favorite fed isn’t listed here…can you add them?

A: Yes! We have tried to list every professional wrestling federation in the State of Ohio, unfortunately, it seems that we may have missed some. If you know of a fed that we have overlooked, please tell us about them either on the official WrestleOhio Forum or via our Contact page, and we will get them added as soon as possible.

Q: Will you list our backyard/apartment/trampoline wrestling fed here?

A: Nope, sorry! WrestleOhio is about professional wrestling only.

Q: So, what else can we expect from WrestleOhio.com in the future?

A: Glad you asked! Our top priority right now is getting the current version of WrestleOhio.com up and running at 100%. After that, look for us to add an Interviews section, in addition to expanding our current Promotions section to tell more about the feds, as well as a few small (and two major) surprises! No timetable is set for these additions though, as we want to be able to focus on what’s important right now, and that is making this the most informative site on the ‘net!

Q: Do you have a MySpace for WrestleOhio?

A: Yes, we do! If you would like to add WrestleOhio.com as a friend, you can find our MySpace page at www.myspace.com/wrestleohio.

Q: I love WrestleOhio.com…is there anything I can do to help you guys out?

A: First off…thank you! And yes, there are several ways that you can help us out here at WrestleOhio.com. First and foremost, you can contribute to the site by sending in news, rumors, and what have you via our Contact page. Secondly, you can contribute to the ever growing community here at WrestleOhio by joining the official WrestleOhio Forum and discussing your favorite, or not so favorite, promotions and wrestlers with other fans.

Not the kind of “help” you were wanting to give us? Ok, we know…some of you are more hands on! If you’d like to help get the word out about WrestleOhio.com, there are several things that you can do. Make a “WrestleOhio.com” sign and take it to the next wrestling event you go to, print up some flyers and hand them out at the shows, or drop a link to WrestleOhio.com on your favorite wrestling message board. We appreciate any and all help that you want to give us…just remember…keep it safe and legal!

Q: Why did the chicken cross the road?

A: To get to a show that he read about on WrestleOhio.com, of course!

That’s all for now, fans…but keep sending in those questions and comments! We love hearing from our fans, and fans of professional wrestling in Ohio!
