Ohio Championship Wrestling kept the action red hot this past Saturday night in Rittman, OH at the Rec Center! Even though storms pounded the area, the fans of OCW witnessed a huge event!

Here’s what went down:

To begin the show, John Orlando announced that Kaden Assad had transportation problems & would not appear. This prompted Jeremy Madrox to come out & state that no OCW Tag Team title match would take place. OCW Board member, Big Tom Williams responded stating that Madrox would compete against both Hi-Def Supernovas in 2 singles bouts. If Madrox won both, the Novas would receive no further title shots. But, if the Novas won both bouts, they will receive a title shot.

Hot Commodity Matt Mason downed Jeremy Madrox.

The Marquee Mikey D. & Joe Joe Little beat Benjamin Boone & Brian Bender.

Big Guns Jeff Cannon bested James Avery by countout, when Avery simply left the building, refusing to wrestle! OCW Board member, Big Tom Williams appeared to say that he had to plan to make sure this bout took place!

Sweetness Samuel Elias defeated Ryan Mitchell.

Joey Vengeance wrestled Genuine Jock Samson to a time limit draw.

Robby Starr pinned Jeremy Madrox to earn a future tag team title shot for the Novas.

Sassy Stephie beat Jessicka Havoc & Mena Libra in a 3-Way Dance.

Sherman Tank downed Ashton Amhurst.

James Avery defeated Big Guns Jeff Cannon in a Lumberjack Match to retain the OCW Heavyweight title.

Fans of Ohio Championship Wrestling were treated to another great night of insane action, as OCW was in full effect in Coshocton, OH on June 12, 2010.

Here’s what went down:

Relentless Ron Mathis downed The Marquee Mikey D. (Mike Dodge).

Genuine Jock Samson (w/ J. Raymond Huntley) defeated Joey Vengeance to retain the OCW Ohio Heritage title.

An impromptu match between Jason Dragon & Sherman Tank ended in a No-Contest decision, when Dragon was severely injured after a Tank spine-buster from the top rope.

Ashton Amhurst pinned Ryan Mitchell.

Big Guns Jeff Cannon & Joe Joe Little beat the Heat Seekers by countout.

Sweetness Samuel Elias defeated Hot Commodity Matt Mason.

James Avery wrestled Poison Apollo Starr to a No-Contest decision, when the Heat Seekers, Joey Vengeance, Jock Samson, Big Guns Jeff Cannon & Joe Joe Little interfered & became entangled in a huge brawl.

This promoted OCW Board member Big Tom Williams to come out & create an 8-man tag team match, which saw Cannon, Vengeance, Little & Starr defeat The Four Hiptossmen (Avery, Madrox, Assad & Samson).

Ohio Championship Wrestling returns to action on Saturday, June 12, 2010! The action will be red-hot at the Hopewell School in Coshocton, OH. The event kicks off at 7:30 PM.

Ohio Championship Wrestling returned to action in Newark on Saturday night, May 22, 2010 with an awesome event! History was made as a blood-thirsty feud came to an end on this night of huge action!

The Filthy Animal Mike Dodge downed Jason Dragon.

A huge brawl occurred when Genuine Jock Samson insulted Joe Joe Little during a promo. This caused Joe Joe Little come to the ring. A donnybrook ensued involving every wrestler in the dressing room. This prompted OCW Board of Director member Big Tom Williams to name Big Guns Jeff Cannon a special guest enforcer for the main event of Samson vs. Little.

Christian Vaughn battled Joey Vengeance to a double countout.

The Heat Seekers successfully defended the OCW Tag Team titles by defeating the Noble Bloods (Lord Matthew Taylor & Sir Chadwick Cruise).

Brian Bender pinned Robby Starr.

Sherman Tank & Poison Apollo Starr trounced James Avery & Benjamin Boone.

Hot Commodity Matt Mason beat Cody Hawk.

Genuine Jock Samson downed Joe Joe Little in a No Holds Barred match to win the OCW Ohio Heritage title.

OCW returns to action on Saturday, June 12, 2010 in Coshocton, OH at the Hopewell School. More details to follow!

Big Guns Pro Wrestling Academy, ran by Ohio Championship Wrestling’s “Big Guns” Jeff Cannon, has announced that they will be reopening later this month. They will be holding an open try-out on Sunday May 23, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. They are accepting the first 25 people to commit. The cost of the try-out will be $25.00, payable the day of the try-out. They will select 7 people from this try-out to be enrolled in the first training class. The $25.00 fee is non-refundable, but if you are selected for the class, it will be deducted from your tuition.

To participate, you must be 18 years old, or 16 with parents consent. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present with them at the try-out to sign a release form, no exceptions. Please make sure to bring your drivers license or state issued picture id with you the day of the try-out.

Ohio Championship Wrestling returned to Zanesville on April 10, 2010 with an explosive event at the Civic League Center! Heres what went down:

The event began with an opening match pitting newcomer Sid Fabulous against Jason Dragon. The match was interrupted by J. Raymond Huntleys new protégé, Kris Karnage! This mountain of a man would single handedly destroy both Dragon & Fabulous.

The Natural Christian Vaughn outlasted Cody Hawk & Joey Vengeance in a 3-Way Dance.

Jeremy Madrox , along with a new masked partner, came to the ring claiming that Kaden Assad was attending to religious duties & the OCW Tag Team title match would not happen. This prompted OCW Board of Director member, Big Tom Williams to state that the belts would be defended with Madrox using this new partner. The Hi-Def Supernovas also doubted whether Assad was out due to injury, rather than any religious duties.

Sherman Tank downed Benjamin Boone.

Genuine Jock Samson (w/ J. Raymond Huntley) bested The Filthy Animal Mike Dodge.

Joe Joe Little beat Brian Bender to retain the OCW Ohio Heritage title. After the match, Genuine Jock Samson, Kris Karnage & /J. Raymond Huntley savagely attacked Little, leaving him laying unconscious.

The HeatSeekers (Jeremy Madrox & Jack the Seeker) beat the Hi-Def Supernovas to retain the OCW Tag Team titles. The outcome of the match was assisted by Kaden Assad, who appeared from nowhere.

James Avery defeated Big Guns Jeff Cannon to hold onto the OCW Heavyweight title.

On Saturday night, February 20, 2010, Ohio Championship Wrestling ventured to Coshocton, Ohio with another huge event. The crowd was treated to an interesting evening of pro wrestling action!

Heres what went down:

The event began with the Heat Seekers claiming they would not defend their OCW Tag Team titles against the Hi-Def Supernovas. Madrox & Assad claimed that the Novas needed to prove themselves before receiving another title shot. The Novas agreed to wrestle another team to prove their worth.

Jason Dragon defeated The Blackfoot Warrior Takoda Moon.

Jeremy Madrox downed Matt Taylor.

Big Guns Jeff Cannon & Joe Joe Little beat J. Raymond Huntley & Genuine Jock Samson.

Sherman Tank & Matt Taylor defeated the Heat Seekers by DQ in an impromptu tag match.

Sassy Stephie bested Claudia Del Solis.

The Hi-Def Supernovas beat The Filthy Animal Mike Dodge & Joey Vengeance to receive a future OCW Tag Team title shot.

James Avery beat Poison Apollo Star to retain the OCW Heavyweight title.

OCW braved the cold & snowy conditions on Saturday night to present a night of red hot wrestling action! Rittman, Ohio witnessed the crowning of new OCW Tag Team champions!

Heres what went down:

The show began with OCW Board of Directors member Big Tom Williams addressing the crowd about some changes to the show. Due to the weather & transportation problems, Benjamin Boone could not be in Rittman. Therefore, Relentless Ron Mathis would take his place & team with Brian Bender in the Tag Team Turmoil tournament. Additionally, The Filthy Animal Mike Dodge would not be in Rittman due to a family emergency. Taking his spot in the Tag Team Turmoil tournament would be Matt Taylor, teaming with Joey Vengeance.

In the first Tag Team Turmoil match, Robby Starr outlasted Joey Vengeance, Relentless Ron Mathis & Kaden Assad to place the Hi-Def Supernovas into the finals.

Prior to the next match, Big Guns Jeff Cannon issued a challenge that if he could beat Genuine Jock Samson, his manager (J. Raymond Huntley) would have to face off against Joe Joe Little later in the evening. However, if Samson beat Cannon, Samson would get another opportunity at Littles OCW Ohio Heritage title. In the ensuing match, Cannon was victorious over Samson.

In the second Tag Team Turmoil match, Jeremy Madrox outlasted Matt Taylor, Brian Bender & Matt Mason to secure a place in the finals for the heat Seekers.

J. Raymond Huntley (with assistance from Genuine Jock Samson) downed Joe Joe Little in a non-title match.

Sassy Stephie & the Aftermath beat Madison Rayne & Ashley Sixx.

Sherman Tank defeated James Avery by countout. Avery retains the OCW Heavyweight title, though.

The Heat Seekers downed the Hi-Def Supernovas to capture the OCW Tag Team titles!

OCW returns to action on February 20 in Coshocton at the Hopewell School. Already announced for this event, The Hi-Def Supernovas get a return shot at the Tag Team belts, facing the Heat Seekers!
