Mad Pro Wrestling returns to Cardo’s Restaurant in Chillicothe, OH on Friday June 19, 2009 at 8:00 PM, when they present Summertime Madness. Tickets are available now Cardo’s Restaurant and Custom Power Sports, both located in Chillicothe, OH.

Fans, Summertime Madness is shaping up to be one hell of an event. Scheduled so far…

The Juggulator and Sam Hane, known collectively as The Murder Junkies, will put their newly won MPW Tag-Team Championships on the line against a yet to be announced tag-team. We have heard rumors that The Crew have been actively petitioning the MPW Championship Committee for a rematch, but it is unknown at this time if they will get their chance at revenge against the fan-favorite Murder Junkies at Summertime Madness or not.

You will also see the MPW MX Champion, the American hating Kaden Assad, put his MX Championship on the line against one of MPW most loves superstars, “Astonishing” Aaron Williams. Williams earned the right to face Assad for the title by winning a Fatal 4-Way match at MPW’s 4 Year Anniversary show last month.

And fans, you will also see a match that has been several months in the making, as the #1 Contender, “Shooting Star” Matt Taylor, will finally get a shot at the MPW Heavyweight Championship, and more importantly the man that holds it, Jon Moxley…in a Championship Lumberjack Match! This is promising to be one of the wildest matches in the history of MPW…and that’s saying a helluva lot!

Also scheduled to appear is “The Inhuman Rampage” Tommy Chill, Cyrus Poe, “Freebird” Brian Cross, Jake Omen, “The Filthy Animal” Mike Dodge, and many more!

Tickets are $10.00 in advance & $12.00 at the door for General Admission or $12.00 in advance & $15.00 at the door for Front Row. And don’t forget about MPW’s special Family Package where you can get 4 General Admission tickets for only $35.00!

The show started off with The Crew (Mrs. MacKenzie, Trik Nasty, & Dustin Rayz) coming to the ring to announce that Vance Desmond couldn’t be there, they then suggested that the tag titles not be defended & the steel cage match become a 2-1 Handicap…at this suggestion ‘Director of Operations’ Josh Hayes come out, but not alone; he brought The Murder Junkies & Matt Taylor to back him up! Hayes informed Moxley’s Crew that the Steel Cage Match was still on as announced (Nasty vs. Taylor), and that their tag team contract stated ANYBODY in The Crew could defend the titles, so if they didn’t have another member that Mrs. MacKenzie would have to wrestle in the match!!

Aaron Williams defeated Zac Vincent, Andre Heart, & Mike Dodge
Mike Dodge was eliminated first by Andre Heart, Andre Heart was eliminated by Aaron Williams, then Aaron Williams was able to get the pinfall on Vincent after an impressive side kick to to his temple followed by a german suplex.

Deja Vu defeated Jake Omen
Vu was able to catch Omen after an attempted crossbody, then Vu delivered a fishermans firecarry to get the pinfall.

Black & Blue Crew defeated Hi-Def Supernovas
Cyrus Poe drilled Robbie Starr with a steel chain while the ref was checking on Matt Mason to help Tommy Chill get the pinfall on Starr.

RoH Superstar Delirious defeated MPW “Diva” Super Oprah
In what was by far the strangest match of the night, and possibly in MPW History, Delirious’ skills proved to be slightly better then Super Oprah’s on this night as he was able to get the pinfall after hitting ‘Shadows Over Hell’.

Matt Taylor defeated Trik Nasty inside the Steel Cage
Both of these guys gave it thier all, with MacKenzie & Rayz on the outside Nasty had nobody to help him and Taylor was able to take advantage of this. Both Taylor & Nasty almost had the match won at several times threwout, just when it looked like Taylor was going to walk out of the door to win Dustin Rayz attempted to stop him, but Taylor able to kick Rayz to the floor. Taylor again tried to go out threw the door when Carlton Kaz returned to MPW & slammed the door in Taylor’s face as he has aparently joined The Crew. This brought out The Murder Junkies who began brawling with Kaz/Rayz on the floor while Mrs. MacKenzie was able to start pulling Nasty towards the doorway when out of nowhere Taylor climbed to the top of the cage & dove onto everybody outside to win the match & keep his #1 Contendership to Jon Moxley’s Heavyweight Title!

“Freebird” Brian Cross defeated Andy ‘Right Leg’ Ridge
Ridge (one of RoH’s Top Students) made one hell of a debut for MPW as he gave it his all and almost got the victory, however in the end Cross’ experience proved to be too much as he was able to duck Ridge’s superkick and hit a diamond cutter to get the victory!

Kaden Assad (c) defeated Joey Vengeance in a Madhouse Brawl
JD Santo’s was announced to not be in the building, so a ’10 count’ began as if JD didn’t answer the count Assad would be awarded the win…before the ref got to even 7, Joey Vengeance came out and said since JD wasn’t there he wanted a shot at Assad and the MX Title!! Vengeance took it to Assad most of the match as these two brawled all over the building…both men tried to use a table,

The Murder Junkies defeated The Crew (c) to become the new MPW Tag-Team Champions
The Murder Junkies controlled most of this match as they used their overwhelming power to beat down Dustin Rayz & Carlton Kaz. In the end Juggulator & Hane were able to hit thier double-team finisher and get the pin to become the NEW MPW Tag-Team Champions!!

Nick “Eugene” Dinsmore defeated “Big Guns” Jeff Cannon
At the end of the tag match, Nick ‘Eugene’ Dinsmore decided to come out & celebrate with The Murder Junkies…this upset The Crew & lead to Jeff Cannon coming out & starting the match right then! In the end every member of The Crew tried attacking Dinsmore, including Mrs. MacKenzie, but Dinsmore was able to overcome them and hit a serious of moves on Cannon to get the pinfall!

Mad-Pro Wrestling once again steamrolled into Cardo’s Restaurant this past Tuesday night, and what a night of action it was! If you weren’t there, then here’s what you missed…

Ryan Midnight defeated Super Oprah
Ryan Midnight made his return to wrestling & to MPW to start the show off, however he challenger was none other then Super Oprah! Midnight would prove to be to determined in his return as he gained the victory over Oprah via pinfall after a Powerbomb/DDT combo.

Super Oprah defeated Cyrus Poe
After Super Oprah was defeated, Cyrus Poe made his way to the ring demanding a rematch from January when Oprah shoved a bloody tampon down Poe’s throat causing ‘serve damage’ according to Poe. However unlike in his first match of the night, Oprah seized the moment when Tommy Chill accidentally knocked out his partner & once again defeated Poe after a ass-splash via pinfall.

MPW Heavyweight Championship – Sam Hane defeated Jon Moxley(c) via DQ
This entire match was back & forth. Towards the end it really seemed as if Sam Hane was going to become the new MPW Champion, however the always prepared Moxley used quick thinking when he blasted Hane in the head with his ring jacket. After being questioned by the ref, a steel dog collar chain fell out of Moxley’s coat & the ref called for the DQ’d, Moxley then proceeded to chokeout Sam Hane until Aaron Williams ran out to make the save! We already know that this will not be the end of this between these two men as after the match Hane was completely outraged & tore apart the entire MPW office demanding a rematch with Moxley!!

Aaron Williams defeated Tommy Chill
These two did nothing less then try to steel the show as they both delivered a hard hitting, high flying, simply amazing match! However in the end Williams was able to get the better of Chill & get the pinfall after a five star frog splash.

GP Code w/ Mary Elizabeth defeated Main St. Youth (Jake Omen/Kimera)
Though this was the first time Omen & Kimera had ever teamed, they gave the veteran team of Andre Heart & Deja Vu a run for thier money as it appeared they were about to win the match when Mary Elizabeth interfered & gave enough advantage to the GP Code in order to get the victory.

MPW MX Ladder Match – Kaden Assad defeated JD Santo’s, Flash Fury, & Brian Cross
It was announced earlier in the night that Matt Mason would not be able to make it, however taking his spot would be fan favorite Flash Fury! As the first three men made their way out tot he ring & JD Santo’s awaited his former tag partner Vance Desmond to come out, Desmond was nowhere to be found when all of a sudden Brian Cross’s music began to play & he made his way to the ring…Cross then told JD & the fans that Vance couldn’t make the show, so he sent his good friend to bring back the title for him, and if he succeeded then himself & Cole Cash would be givin a Tag Team Title Shot on the next show….Not only did these four men use the two ladders to their advange in this match, Flash Fury pulled out a 16ft ladder & proceeded to take out the other three challengers with a crossbody from the top of it!!

In the end, JD Santo’s busted a beer bottle over the head of Brian Cross, blinding him as some of the glass appeared to go into his eye, both refs had to help Cross to the back..while all of that was happening JD Santo’s managed to climb the ladder & get the MPW MX Title, however there was no ref to see it..Kaden Assad snuck back into the ring & quickly snatched the title belt from JD, then drilled JD with the title and threw Flash out of the ring…at which point Assad then climbed back up the ladder & pretended to take down the title as the referee John Ruben made his way back out to the ring, this being all that Ruben saw, Kaden Assad was awarded the match and is now the new MPW MX CHAMPION!!

This past Friday night, March 13, 2009, Mad Pro Wrestling made their debut in Cincinnati, OH as they invaded the annual A&G Ohio Convention. On this night we would see the debut of new MPW superstars, the return on an icon, and one of the most bizarre tag-team matches ever! If you weren’t there, here is what you missed…

“The Mat Wrestling Machine” Tim Donst made a very impressive debut by defeating Scotty Young.

Jake Omen would overcome the odds, and the almost interference of a fan, to get the win over Ganger.

Guest ring announcer, The Red Demon, was cut off by the referee as he was about to announce The Black & Blue Crew. Instead, he then announced He-Man and Orko…who amazingly looked a lot like the Black & Blue Crew in costumes!

He-Man & Orko “had the power” in this match, besting The GP Code.

Matt Taylor retained his #1 Contendership in a match against “Dangerous” Damien Kass.

Kaden Assad layed an ass-whipping on Super Oprah after telling the crowd, “I’m gonna Chris Brown this bitch!”.

In the Main Event, “Bad Attitude” Brian Beech, who was substituting for MPW Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley, retained the title against “Astonishing” Aaron Williams in a match that would see the two men fight all over the building. Cincinnati Icon Matt Stryker was the special guest referee for this awesome match!

Hey fans, if you missed MPW’s Rise Up IV on January 8th, 2009 at
Cardo’s Restaurant in Chillicothe, Ohio…you missed one helluva show! Here’s what went down…

Andre Heart def. Joey Vengence

MPW Tagteam Titles
Vance Desmond def. Jake Omen

(Jake Omen came out alone as Donny Redd wasn’t able to make the show, and was supposed to take on Dustin Rayz…however Vance Desmond came out with both Titles, after it was announced that he wasn’t in the building earlier in the night. Desmond announced that Rayz didn’t feel like coming, and Main St. Youth didn’t deserve a title shot anyways…then V.L. Stricklett made a phone call & announced that he had just been informed that the match WOULD be for the Tag Team Titles, so if Desmond lost, Main St. Youth would become the new tag team champs!)—After the match Jon Moxley attacked Jake Omen, which brought out Trik Nasty with a steel chair to make the save, however he turned on Omen & the fans & drilled Omen with the chair; revealing that he is the newest member of Moxley’s Crew!!!

Matt Mason def. Eric Darkstorm

Shot Match
Sam Hane def. Trik Nasty

(During match, Vance Desmond attempted to attack Sam Hane, however Hane was too powerfull for him & tossed Desmond to the outside!)–After the match, Jon Moxley once again ran out to do a beatdown, Moxley & Desmond forced Hane to drink what was left of an entire bottle of Jager before Robby Starr & Matt Mason were able to run in for the save! During this however, Mason was drilled by Desmond with a hammer to the ribcage! Once again The Crew had a numbers advantage, atleast until Chance Prophet ran out to clear the ring and save Mason, Hane, & Starr.

Super Oprah def. Cyrus Poe
Oprah gained a pinfall after stuffing a bloody-tampon down Poe’s mouth, which caused Poe to pass out! (Editor’s Note: No, seriously folks…this really happened. We were there…we seen it.)

#1 Contendership to the MPW Title
Matt Taylor def. Kaden Assad

Robby Starr & Tommy Chill went to a DOUBLE COUNT-OUT

MPW Heavyweight Championship
Jon Moxley(c) def. Chance Prophet

Before the match, MPW Management informed V.L. Stricklett that due to Moxley’s Crew interfering in matches, that the MPW Title COULD change hands in tonight’s title match! So if ANY member of The Crew interfered, or if Moxley was caught cheating, not only would Prophet get the win, but he would become the NEW MPW Champ! Moxley attempted to use the title belt, however Mrs. Mackenzie & Ref John Ruben stopped him, but while Rubens back was turned, Moxley low-blowed Prophet to help him get a small package for the 1-2-3 & retain the MPW Title!

We’d like to thank everyone who made it out! We would also like to remind everyone that Mad-Pro Wrestling will be making our debut in Cincinnati, OH on Friday March 13th at the A&G Con! You won’t wanna miss this show!

This past Wednesday night, Mad Pro Wrestling made their return to Cardo’s in Chillicothe, OH, as they presented Fan Appreciation Night in front of a sold out crowd. This was a night that saw the crowning of new Tag-Team Champions, the battle of two Chillicothe legends, the debut of an MTV superstar, and much, much more! If you weren’t there, this is what you missed…

Battle Royal

The night kicked off with a 20 man over the top rope battle royal. The last two participants left in the ring would then wrestle later in the night to determine the new #1 contender to the MPW Heavyweight Championship. Great match showcasing all of the stars of MPW, and in the end “Shooting Star” Matt Taylor and Jeremy Maddrox were left standing…but not for long!

Immediately following the Battle Royal, MPW Heavyweight Champion John Moxley, along with his new valet, McKenzie, hit the ring, and cleared house. He said he would take both men on, but this was quickly broken up when Josh Hayes’ music hit. Hayes came to the ring and told Moxley that this was his show, not Moxley’s. Moxley said that he had contacted the Board of Directors and they had granted him a Tag-Team Title shot later in the night, and that even though the Tag Champs (Irish Airborne) weren’t there…Hayes was gonna have to find someone to defend the belts in their place. Hayes said that if Moxley wanted to get two ass kickings tonight, that was fine by him, but Moxley was still going to have to defend the MPW Heavyweight Title tonight against a mystery opponent. Moxley demanded that Hayes tell him who the opponent was…and Hayes obliged. Hayes introduced former star of MTV’s Wrestling Society X, and current Ring of Honor superstar…M-Dogg Matt Cross! Moxley quickly retreated to the back as the near capacity crowd erupted in cheers!

“Sweet Sexy Sensation” Andre Heart defeated Flash Fury

Fans, this match was so fast paced that you damn near needed to record it and play it back in slow motion just to catch everything. Both men gave it their all, and had the crowd hanging on every move, but in the end The Sweet Sexy Sensation pulled off what some would call an upset victory.

Kaden Assad defeated Joey Vengeance

Next up was the debut of two hot newcomers to MPW. Joey Vengeance put up one helluva battle in this one, but in the end the anti-American Assad gets the victory with a handful of tights.

“The Re-Enforcer” Devlin Anderson defeated Cyrus Poe

In a battle that has been years in the making, Chillicothe Legends Cyrus Poe and Devlin Anderson met up in our next contest. This was a hard fought match for both participants, but in the end, Devlin Anderson pulled out the victory…much to the delight of the cheering crowd!

John Moxley & Dustin Rayz defeated The High Def Super Novas (MPW Tag Team Championship)

The High Def Super Novas (Robby Starr & Matt Mason), who were substituting for MPW Tag Champs The Irish Airborne, were announced first, followed by one half of their opponents, MPW Heavyweight Champion, John Moxley. Moxley got the mic and introduced his partner…and new member of The Group…Dustin Rayz, who came to the ring with McKenzie.

Fans, this was a great back and forth match-up with both teams almost pulling out the win on several occasions. In the end, McKenzie threw a chain in to Rayz…who took out Robby Starr while the ref was distracted. Moxley & Rayz get the win…and Moxley becomes the first duel champion in the history of MPW!

The Main Street Youth defeated The Murder City Devils

After intermission we went straight into another tag-match, featuring two of the tri-states best tag-teams, The Murder City Devils (Cole Cash & Brian Cross) and The Main Street Youth (Jake Omen & Donnie Redd). This was an awesome match, with the Murder City Devils pulling out every dirty trick in the book to try and get the victory from the wildly popular Main Street Youth. In the end though, Main Street Youth rallied and picked up the pinfall victory in this one.

“Buffalo Bad Boy” Brian Jennings defeated “THE DR” Dick Rick

Next up we saw the debut of two new MPW superstars, as “The DR” Dick Rick squared off against “Buffalo Bad Boy” Brian Jennings in an awesome match! Both these men had an impressive debut, but in the end a groggy Jennings caught Dick Rick with the Buffalo Stunner to pick up a hard fought victory in this one.

“Shooting Star” Matt Taylor defeated Jeremy Maddrox (#1 Contenders Match)

The #1 Contendership was on the line in this one, and both men pulled out all the stops in this action packed, high-flying bout. In the end, Matt Taylor picks up the win, and becomes the #1 Contender for the MPW Heavyweight Championship!

Post match, Dustin Rayz hit the ring and attacked The Shooting Star from behind, apparently in an attempt to soften up the #1 Contender. Taylor quickly recovered though, and ran Rayz off before celebrating his victory with the rowdy Chillicothe fans.

MPW Heavyweight Champion John Moxley defeated M-Dogg Matt Cross

Fans, this was one of the best matches that I have seen this year. Both competitors pulled out all the stops in this one, and gave the fans a show that they won’t soon forget. Cross came close to pinning Moxley several times, but in the end, the champ cheated his way to a victory with a handful of Cross’ tights to retain the MPW Heavyweight Championship.

Post match, Rayz once again hit the ring, and he and Moxley attacked M-Dogg…until Josh Hayes and Main Street Youth hit the ring and cleaned house! Hayes got the mic and told Moxley that at Rise Up! not only will he be defending the Heavyweight Championship against “Shooting Star” Matt Taylor…but that he and Rayz will be putting the Tag Titles on the line against The Main Street Youth! Moxley & Rayz, now completely irate and out of control, quickly left the building as Hayes, Main Street Youth, and M-Dogg celebrated in the ring!

Fans, don’t forget that Mad Pro Wrestling will once again be returning to Cardo’s Pizza in Chillicothe, OH on January 8, 2009 for Rise Up! ’09. Stay tuned right here and at MPW’s official website for all the latest news!
