The Heartland Wrestling Association returned to The Great Miami Event Center in Hamilton, OH on Tuesday August 28, 2012 for their weekly showcase show, HWA: Adrenaline. If you weren’t there, here’s what you missed…
- OI4K (Dave & Jake Crist) won the HWA Tag Team Titles from “Madness” Chris Hall & Jesse Emerson after Brock Guffman claimed his duo would be leaving because there was no more competition! OI4K has promised to be fighting champs and will defend the belts next week!
- Ron Mathis defeated Jon Murray, but it took a hand full of tights to beat the big man in a 2 out 3 falls match.
Mathis also revealed that his match with Tarek the Legend would be Pin Falls Count Anywhere at Pick Your Poison on Saturday September 15th in Hamilton! HWA President Tim Tatum announced he would be the ref and after Mathis’ low blow on the President, Tatum said he wouldn’t guarantee that he’d be impartial in the match between Mathis and Tatum’s long time friend, Tarek.
- Remi Wilkins over came the odds of being jumped by Trevor Court and Court’s hand picked opponent, “Poison” Apollo Starr and still was victorious over Starr. This issue with Court and Wilkins is FAR from over.
