IWA Returns to Chillicothe, OH on 8/05/10

The International Wrestling Alliance returns to The Backstage in Chillicothe, OH at 7:00 PM on August 5, 2010. Chillicothe is still shaking after July’s “Red White and Bruised” event, here’s a look at what the IWA will have to follow that up…
IWA United States Title Match: Rick Ramsey (c) vs Charlie Brown- Although the highly popular Charlie Brown has been a thorn in the side of “The A-Game” he has been un-able to wrestle the US title away from Ramsey. After his victory in War Games Brown has been granted one more title shot! Will he be able to make the most of it?
IWA Cruiserweight Title Match: American Kickboxer 2 (c) vs Sid Angel- Last month AKB2 was able to escape the cage and capture the cruiserweight title, but no rest for the champion this month when he defends against the nastiest cruiserweight in the IWA; Sid Angel. Sid is the only member of Euthanasia that doesn’t hold gold and he’ll be looking to change that!
IWA Tag Team Title Match: Adrenaline-X (c) vs New Wave- Last month A.X. held onto their strangle hold on the IWA tag team division when they captured the tag titles, August 5 newcomers New Wave have an opportunity to make huge waves when they challenge A.X. for the tag team titles!
David Lanning vs J.T. Hogg- The Best of 5 series continues in this bitter rivalry. Lannning is in “must win” territory as Hogg has a 2-0 advantage. Can Lanning keep the series going or will “The Razorback” wrap things up?
Cody Hawk vs Deacon Knight – Hawk made his debut last month and made his goals clear; to take his students in Euthanasia down a peg. This month he will be facing a man looking to make a name for himself in his debut; Deacon Knight! What an impact it would make if he could defeat the established vet!
