Fans, NexGen lived up to the hype this past Friday Night and is truly become the showcase for the next generation of professional wrestling. Here is a quick look at what went down.
Super Oprah with Nikki Heyman defeated DJ Tom Sharp via pin fall in a singles division match.
Matt Stryker called out Cody Hawk and the two went face to face. Fans the video of this will be up this week on our YouTube page as well as featured on upcoming episodes of NexGems. Both men had their guns ready for shooting as Cody Hawk revealed that he went over Stryker’s head and is now a member of the NexGen roster. The two were about to come to blows until Jesse Emerson came out and reminded Stryker that that meant Hawk had to wrestle when ever Stryker said. So a match was made for later that night between Cody Hawk and Jesse Emerson.
Jake Omen vs. Scotty Young never took place because The Noble Bloods hit the ring and turned it into a tag match. The Noble Bloods defeated Main Street Youth when Omen walked out on Scotty Young.
Tim Donst defeated Dave Nevada in Singles Division action. After the match Donst told Dirk Extreme his next opponent would be “Spartan 3000″ Matt Cross.
Aaron Williams was out next for a special NexGems segment with Dirk Extreme. He was interrupted by the one and only Tarek the Legend who engaged Williams in a brutal unsanctioned NO DQ match that saw no true winner. Director of Authority Matt Stryker put a stop to the match as soon as he caught wind of it claiming he never approved this match but he would approve them to lock up at the next show. Stryker was worried that they would injure fans. This feud isn’t over yet by a long shot.
Cody Hawk defeated Jesse Emerson in Singles Division action in their first ever meeting with his feet on the rope. Stryker came to Emerson’s aid one more time, stating that this was far from over.
The Soul Shooters defeated The Black Irish Saints in a hard fought match in the main event. After the match The Shooters offered their hands in respect to The Saints but in a brutal fashion The Saints attacked The Shooters. The Soul Shooters won the match but the Black Irish Saints won the battle.
Breaking News: Due to conflicts with the venue, our Apirl 24 and May 14th dates have been canceled. We are currently working on new dates for you and will post them on our website (re-launching in the next two weeks).

Black Diamond Wrestling returns Friday April 23rd at the Buckeye North Middle School in Brilliant, OH! Doors open for the event at 6:00pm (Bell Time at 7:00pm), and tickets are only $5.00 (students) & $6.00 (adults)!
Heavyweight Title Match: Jason Gory (c) vs. Jake Garrett
Jason Gory’s next challenger was determined through a 20 Man Royal Rumble back in December. The winner of this rumble was Jake Garrett, and now the match will occur at Brilliant Blowout. This is the first time Garrett has had an opportunity to face Gory for the title and although the two respect each other, there will be no holding back in this match! Will Garrett be the one to end Gory’s record breaking reign, or will Gory continue his reign as BDW Heavyweight champion?
Diamond Division Title Ladder Match: Michael Facade (c) vs. Jason Cage vs. Zero vs. Chest Flexor
The Diamond Division champion Michael Facade is returning to defend his title in his toughest challenge yet, as his title will be hanging 20 feet high above the ring in a Ladder Match! Two competitors qualified at the past event, as Jason Cage and Zero earned their spots. A random drawing was made to determine the fourth competitor, and ironically the man Zero defeated to get into the match, Chest Flexor was the name picked. Now all four of these guys will go at it in a Ladder Match at Brilliant Blowout!
Tag Team Title Towers Of Terror Match: Straight Jacket Mafia vs. Violence Inc. vs. Devastators vs. Xtreme Saints
Black Diamond Wrestling has designed a new concept and a new match style in order to declare new BDW Tag Team Champions. For the first time, BDW will have a Tag Team Title Towers Of Terror Match. The competitors in this match will be the Straight Jacket Mafia (Apollyon & Sean Dahmer), Violence Inc (Vinnie Stone & Ric Rumskey), Xtreme Saints (Bouncer & Anthony Saint), and The Devastators (Bulldozer & Steamroller). The rules of this match has two 20 foot tall towers on opposing corners of the ring, and at the top of each tower will be 1/2 of the tag team titles. In order to win the match, one team must be able to capture both titles during this match. However, there is a catch, if a competitor captures a title, he is then eligible to get pinned and will lose possession of that title. The match will not end until one team has captured both titles, whether that be through the luck of being able to climb both towers and retrieving each title, or gaining a pin fall over a competitor(s) who has possession of a title(s). Which team will walk away new Tag Team champions?
Doink The Clown vs. Lord Zoltan
Black Diamond Wrestling has acquired two of the most bizarre and outgoing characters in Professional Wrestling history, and are putting the two wrestlers in the same ring together. Doing “The Clown” and Lord Zoltan will be at Brilliant Blowout, and will be facing one another in what will no doubt be an odd encounter. Some BDW fans have had the opportunity to see Doink in action, and now Lord Zoltan will be making his debut in BDW. There is no telling what will go on when these two personalities collide!
Black Diamond Wrestling is sanctioned by the Ohio Athletic Commission. Event sponsored by Orielys Irish Pub Wheeling, Toms Auto Bridgeport, Rumsky Construction and Shooters Productions.

PWO Championship – Johnny Gargano vs. Marion Fontaine
Recently, career frustration and aggravation from Marion Fontaine hit a new level, and the “Megastar” unleashed a venomous tirade on PWO, its stars, and management. Fontaine claimed he was forced into being something he’s not, all for the sake of good publicity and to be a good company man, while never getting anything in return for it. Fontaine has spent weeks chastising PWO for his treatment, and through it all, defeated M-Dogg 20 Matt Cross to earn a shot at the PWO Title. Johnny Gargano has spent months as a model champion, not only showing he is a changed man compared to his past, but also he is the fightingest champion in PWO history, keeping a rigorous schedule, and opposing a rapidly growing number of contenders. With a PWO Title #1 Contender’s Tournament announced, and the walls seemingly closing in for the champion, will Fontaine be able to capitalize and capture the PWO Championship or can Johnny Gargano survive the mounting pressure?
Update: Who Attacked Bobby Beverly Last Week?
Last week, one of the leading members of Sex Appeal, Bobby Beverly, was found laid out in the back, apparently hit from behind by some unknown assailant. No one was around to see who may have been involved, and Bobby seemed to be unaware as to who the perpetrator was, but this week Beverly breaks his silence and comments on the ambush. Does he know who did it? Does he have any ideas? And what can be done about it? We’ll find out this week!
Nickie Valentino of Sex Appeal vs. Matthew Justice
One week ago, the “Suburban Terrorist” Michael “The Bomber” Façade pinned Sex Appeal’s Bobby Shields in a one-on-one bout, and was afterward subjected to a four-on-one assault by the entire group, until Matthew Justice was able to make the save. Justice & Façade have said they’ll have each other’s backs, and Matt may need it this week as he meets “Late Nite” Nicki Valentino one-on-one. Can Façade & Justice make it 2-0 against the tag champs?
Krimson in action!
The second in-ring appearance of the visual representation of hatred & evil, the demonic entity from the broken mirror, Krimson, is this week. Krimson is in search of his next victim, and to spread pain and misery throughout PWO. Krimson will not stop until he has crushed the dreams and hopes of everyone in Pro Wrestling Ohio, and he has a chance to come one step closer to his goal this Sunday night.
All this plus more!
