Fans, NexGen lived up to the hype this past Friday Night and is truly become the showcase for the next generation of professional wrestling. Here is a quick look at what went down.

Super Oprah with Nikki Heyman defeated DJ Tom Sharp via pin fall in a singles division match.

Matt Stryker called out Cody Hawk and the two went face to face. Fans the video of this will be up this week on our YouTube page as well as featured on upcoming episodes of NexGems. Both men had their guns ready for shooting as Cody Hawk revealed that he went over Stryker’s head and is now a member of the NexGen roster. The two were about to come to blows until Jesse Emerson came out and reminded Stryker that that meant Hawk had to wrestle when ever Stryker said. So a match was made for later that night between Cody Hawk and Jesse Emerson.

Jake Omen vs. Scotty Young never took place because The Noble Bloods hit the ring and turned it into a tag match. The Noble Bloods defeated Main Street Youth when Omen walked out on Scotty Young.

Tim Donst defeated Dave Nevada in Singles Division action. After the match Donst told Dirk Extreme his next opponent would be “Spartan 3000″ Matt Cross.

Aaron Williams was out next for a special NexGems segment with Dirk Extreme. He was interrupted by the one and only Tarek the Legend who engaged Williams in a brutal unsanctioned NO DQ match that saw no true winner. Director of Authority Matt Stryker put a stop to the match as soon as he caught wind of it claiming he never approved this match but he would approve them to lock up at the next show. Stryker was worried that they would injure fans. This feud isn’t over yet by a long shot.

Cody Hawk defeated Jesse Emerson in Singles Division action in their first ever meeting with his feet on the rope. Stryker came to Emerson’s aid one more time, stating that this was far from over.

The Soul Shooters defeated The Black Irish Saints in a hard fought match in the main event. After the match The Shooters offered their hands in respect to The Saints but in a brutal fashion The Saints attacked The Shooters. The Soul Shooters won the match but the Black Irish Saints won the battle.
