EGO Training Facility Now Accepting New Students

Do you live in the Dayton, Ohio area? Have you ever wanted to see your name up in lights? Have you ever wanted to smash a steel chair in to your bosses face?! Have you ever wanted to be involved in the pro wrestling family? Well, now is your chance!

Classes now forming weekly at the EGO PRO WRESTLING/ROCK AND WRESTLING training facility in Dayton’s Historic Oregon District. Training consist of learning the pro wrestling business from the ground up. From mat & chain wrestling to high spots & show stopping moves. We teach in-ring & locker room etiquette, weightlifting, cardio and nutrition. The class is one year, meeting twice a week for two hours on Sundays & Tuesdays, 7:30pm – 9:30pm. EPW/RnW also teaches ladies, managers/valets and referees.

At EPW/RnW you will have the opportunity to learn from one of the best trainers in the Tri-State area: Cody Hawk. Cody has been teaching pro wrestling for the past 8 years and has produced most of the name talent to come out of Cincinnati/Dayton. His wrestling resume is long and very well respected. He was the head trainer for HWA out of Cincinnati for 6 years and produced nothing but the best talent. His students have gone on to be featured in wrestling publications, national TV shows, overseas promotions, ROH, TNA and WWE. Cody was the main man behind the scenes in keeping HWA up & running and being the best promotion in the Midwest. After selling HWA, Cody opened up EPW in Dayton, Ohio. He has been involved in the wrestling business for nearly 15 years. EPW/RnW also brings in great independent & national talent to work with.
