Main Event Announced for NexGen Debut Show

Posted on December 4, 2009 by V.L. Stricklett

We are now under two months away from the debut show of NexGen Wrestling in the Wilmington, OH area and we’ll officially be announcing venue info this weekend right here on Wrestle Ohio and on the official MySpace of NexGen Wrestling.

We want to take time to congratulate NexGen star “MDogg 20” Matt Cross for stealing the show in Australia. From what we’ve heard, he (as Spartan 3000) and Shannon Moore’s feud was the highlight of the tour that featured legends like Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, The Nasty Boys and more! See what all the hype is about on January 30th when Matt Cross brings his very unique style of high flying to the NexGen ring for its first set of TV tapings.

We have news fans and do we have news! While Jon Moxley had to pull out of the taping due to scheduling conflict with CZW, we have went above and beyond the call to find a replacement. When life gives us lemons at NexGen we squeeze the lemons in life’s eyes, because ROH Star Rhett Titus will be joining NexGen wrestling and fans he’ll be in the main event as he faces off against Matt Cross one on one!

These two have never locked up in a singles one on one match before and you will not be disappointed in the results we assure you as both men are on the rise in wrestling and at the peek of their athletic ability! Who will walk away with the win on January 30th?

Add them to the growing list of Indy stand outs that include:

Dru & Q Skillz -The Soul Shooters (IPW, Squared Circle Entertainment)
“Angelic Assassin” Aaron Williams (WWC, HWA, IPW)
Tim Donst (Chikara, HWA)
