Once again, the Dynamic Wrestling Alliance thrilled the fans at the Price Hill Community Center with their hard-hitting action and the crowd of 175 let them hear how much they enjoyed it.

After the National Anthem, The Regulator entered the ring, which was surrounded by the DWA roster, and thanked the crowd for attending what was their one-year anniversary show.

The first match saw “Bulldog” Dan Hansen taking on a newcomer to the DWA family, The NightShadow. ‘Shadow won the match by pinfall when he brought a chair into the ring and the ref grabbed it away. He then grabbed his scepter and used it on Hansen to set him up for the pinfall.

The second match was another quick one between Big D and The Colonel, Jonathan James. Big D hit his chokeslam after James missed a clothesline and got a very, very quick three-count over his opponent. Where the count was close at Laurel,IN a couple weeks ago, The Colonel
has a legitimate beef with the officiating now as referee Chris Aikman counted very fast and awarded the win to Big D.

Next was a return match between “Lightning” Tim Lutz and The Showcase. And as Showcase did at the Hamilton County Fair, his Fireman’s Carry into a neckbreaker brought him a two match winning streak over the high-flyer. After the match, The Colonel came out and tried to reason The Showcase back into Double J. Even told him that he could secure a DWA Tag Team title match, thus lighting up the eyes of Showcase. But as The Colonel extended one hand, the other
was behind his back ready to strike. Showcase accepted Colonel’s hand and pulled him into a DDT, finally pushing him out of the ring to the delight of the crowd.

The Boss then called out the new DWA Tag Team champs, Army of Darkness and asked Phantom and Malice about Natasha Rivers and the whereabouts of the GhostRider. He was told ‘none of your business’ and then Rivers came out asking for a second chance. Phantom and Malice huddled together and said she had to prove herself in the big six-man match later. This brought Princeton Travis and Modu Zapetta. The former champs then invoked their rematch clause. They got it and took well enough advantage of it. Phantom caught Travis in a cross body and Modu dropkicked Princeton from behind. This dropped both Phantom and Princeton to the mat with Travis on top, getting the win and the tag team titles along with it.

Just before Intermission was to begin, The Royal Battler emerged with Rivers still in the ring. She welcomed him in and told him he should take her as a manager, so she could take him to “new heights”. He asked how, saying she was only five-foot-nothing. He then pushed her into a corner where she climbed the turnbuckle to get away. As she reached the top, he scared her and she fell over, to the floor. He then declared that a match and told the crowd that he won by scaring a competitor over. (Editors Note: Seriously? I’m just saying…)

Next up was the No-Holds-Barred match between The Canadian Destroyer, Bull Newlun and the Tri-State Heavyweight champion, Jordan Lachey. This was a very brutal match between these
two combatants, a ladder even coming into play at one point. The crowd thought the match was over and a new champion was to be crowned when Newlun hit Lachey with a Bullseye. But Jordan was not to be counted out as he kicked out of the pin attempt. After a chair was brought into the ring, Lachey hit Newlun with his Cyclone Slam onto the chair and covered him to retain his title.

This then brought the Main Event to the people in the Center and it was a six-man tag team match. It pitted the members of the Army of Darkness and Natasha Rivers against the team of The Regulator, Ryan O’Bryan and the DWA Heavyweight champion, Phoenix. This battle raged on and the people got their money’s worth early until Newlun came from the back and attacked O’Bryan, sending him to the back. The Regulator argued with “The Destroyer” for a moment then turned back to the match. The Army took their turns beating on the champion as Regulator would turn his attention away every time Phoenix looked for a tag. The crowd got a few laughs when Phantom went to the concession stand and came back eating popcorn. After Phoenix wore down Malice, Regulator was ready to tag back in. As Phoenix held Malice, Regulator hauled off and punched…Phoenix! He then turned to the ref and said he was cashing in his Deal or No Deal contract right there. He and Phoenix began to go back and forth punishing each other as the Army left the ring. Phoenix caught Regulator and picked him up for a Powerbomb. Regulator poked him in the eyes and on his way down, hit the champ with a Diamond Cutter. He then covered him
for the win and thus became the NEW Dynamic Wrestling Alliance heavyweight champion. As the Army was heading to the locker room, they were confronted by the injured Gator Henry and beat on him while the crowd watched in horror.

After the ring was cleared, Dave Michaels told the crowd that the DWA would be returning on September 26th.
