The Northern Wrestling Federation returned to Fairfield, OH this past Saturday night with another great night of hard-hitting action. If you weren’t there, this is what went down…
NWF Tag Team Champions The Infection defeated Horatio Sanchez & Matt Stephens.
Muldoon defeated The Playboy by disqualification. After the match, The Playboy continued to attack Muldoon in an attempt to collect the $5,000 bounty. He covered Muldoon with a black sheet to signify the end of his career – but Muldoon’s music hit and he sat up and grabbed the Playboy for a chokeslam, but he scooted from the ring before Muldoon could deliver it.
The Fitness Machine defeated two young kids in the pushup challenge, besting 30 pushups set by young Jerry and Grant from the crowd.
TNA Knockout Sojourner Bolt joined Hooks for color commentary for the NWF Ladies Match. Amanda defeated Nemsis to advance to the finals of the tournament at FanFest. At one point, Jac Attack tried to interfere but Sojo Bolt grabbed him and punched him. Amanda rolled up Nemesis for the win and Sin D came to the ring and went nose to nose with Amanda.
Christopher Michael Lotus came to the ring to talk about his match with Samson in which Roger Ruffen is banned from ringside. Ruffen came in from the back door and attacked Lotus, busting him open and leaving him laying.
Pompano Joe defeated Unified Champion The Genuine Superstar to become the new champion!
Samson defeated Christopher Michael Lotus – who fought valiantly in spite of barely making it to the ring after Ruffen’s assault. After the match, Samson said there was no one who could defeat him and no one in the locker room who could match him in ability . . . which brought out Wildcat Chris Harris! These two will battle at FanFest.
The Triple Threat match between Jay Donaldson, Stewie Backlund, and Jeremy “I’m Your Hero” Hyde ended in a No Contest. CEO Sheppard announced a Four Way Ladder Match for the Tri-State title at FanFest with these three and Austin Meddler.
The Fitness Machine Tim Lucarelli defeated Jesse Hyde by disqualification when Hyde choked Lucarelli brought his training ropes into the ring. Hyde took them and used them against the Machine.
Jac Attack’s Army defeated The Thugs when inGe’s interference backfired.
NWF Champion Ryan Stone defeated Mikey Nicholls in the Lumberjack Match after interference from Roger Ruffen. After the match, CEO Sheppard announced a STEEL CAGE REMATCH for FANFEST!
