The HWA returns to the Norwood Recreation Center (1810 Courtland Ave – Norwood, OH 45212) on Friday Night June 26th for HWA Uprising!

HWA Uprising has a special 8:00 PM start time.

HWA AMERICAN LUCHACORE CHAMPION “ASTONISHING” AARON WILLIAMS vs. TIM DONST

Norwood will witness what may very well be the final chapter in the rivalry between Aaron Williams and Tim Donst when the two men meet in a submission match.

No pinfalls, no count outs, no disqualifications the only way to win is to make your opponent tap out.

And as an added bonus Aaron’s HWA American Luchacore Title will be on the line!

HWA HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION JAKE CRIST vs. “THE GANGSTA OF LOVE” ANDRE HEART

After winning The Road to the Gold Tournament in Springdale, Andre Heart wasted little time to issue the challenge to HWA Heavyweight Champion Jake Crist.

The two former friends will now collide with the championship on the line. Andre is not only out to defeat Jake Crist and become the champion, but he wants to humiliate the champion by making him kiss his ring.

Jake is looking to do what he does best, successfully defend the HWA Heavyweight Title, a belt he has held for more than 11 months!

“DEJA VU” RICHARD PHILLIPS vs. OSYRIS

Last month in Norwood, Osyris nearly destroyed HWA Heavyweight Champion Jake Crist until “Deja Vu” showed up and got in the face of Osyris.

It will literally be one of the biggest matches in the history of the Heartland Wrestling Association when “Deja Vu” Richard Phillips meets the monster known as Osyris.

HWA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS THE HYBRIDS vs. HARDCORE RELIGION

If not for the interference of “The Madness” Chris Hall at HWA May Day, Hardcore Religion may very well be the HWA Tag Team Champions today.

But the team of “Bad Attitude” Brian Beech and “Relentless” Ron Mathis will have a chance to right that wrong at HWA Uprising when they get a rematch with the HWA Tag Team Champions The Hybrids. And this time around it will be a Best 2 out of 3 Falls match.

4 WAY ELIMINATION MATCH FOR A SHOT AT THE HWA AMERICAN LUCHACORE CHAMPIONSHIP

Dave Crist, V-Rad, rookie sensation Ryan Campbell and the debuting Chrisjen Hayme will battle to determine the next challenger for the HWA’s American Luchacore Championship.

The last man standing will be declared the victor!

JESSE EMERSON vs. JT STAHR

JT Stahr has gotten the better of Jesse Emerson on two occasions now… first at HWA May Day when he used a low blow to secure the victory, then at The Sorg Opera House where he used a handful of tights to get the win.

Now Jesse is looking to turn the tables on JT Stahr at HWA Uprising!
