This will be the last stop for all the talent of the CWE before the companies trademark show of the year on July 31st, Culmination III! Now onto the card for the show:

GREGORY IRON AIMS FOR REVENGE AS HE CHALLENGES PATRICK HAYES FOR THE CWE UNDISPUTED TITLE!
Ever since Battle Lines, Patrick Hayes has seemingly had it out for Gregory Iron. Undoubtedly the most inspirational wrestler on the CWE roster, Iron has time and time again fought back from the attacks from Hayes. Both of these men have truly been carving their way within the company this year. Hayes, who has long been a standout in the singles division, maintaing an undefeated streak of exactly two years, finally reached his ultimate goal at March Madness when he defeated Shiima Xion for the CWE Undisputed Title. Iron has been no slouch either. After disolving his partnership with Matthew Justice when they lost the CWE Tag Team Titles at Two Years Later, Greg has been finding a great deal of luck in the singles division, earning hard fought victories over Hobo Joe and Marion Fontaine. It was what happened after he defeated Fontaine that finally made Iron snap. After winning the match, the lights cut out, and Hayes and his newest acquisition, Scottie Gash, made their way to the ring, and although he was able to fight them off for a short time, Iron finally fell victim to the numbers game. Hayes and Gash unceremoniously put Iron down and out, and promptly grabbed the venues microphone and verbally assaulted Iron. Later in the show, Iron came out and made the challenge to Patrick Hayes for June 26th to put up or shut up. He challenged Hayes to face him like a man, one on one, in the ring, and put his CWE Undisputed Title on the line. Hayes didn’t need to accept, because as soon as Iron made this challenge, Nick from CWE was quick to sign the match. Iron will have his shot at the CWE Undisputed Title on June 26th. Will Hayes make good on his first legimate title defense, or will Iron become the first man in the history of the CWE to wear the Undisputed and Tag Team Titles?

CWE TAG TEAM TITLES ON THE LINE AS THE FRANCHISE PLAYERS DEFEND AGAINST BROMANCE!
Bedlam Brawl saw the birth of what is sure to be one of the strangest alliances in the history of the company, as Nickie Valentino, Shawn Blaze and Marion Fontaine came together to form Bromance. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the group became very angry later on in the evening, as they felt the CWE Tag Team Title match pitting The Franchise Players against Johnny Gargano and Shiima Xion was just four egos who got together to try to upstage the unveiling of their grand creation. Bromance became involved in the main event, ruining what could have been a golden opportunity for either team to truly be able to claim they were the best. After the match, Bromance was able to lay waste to the Franchise Players and Xion and Gargano, before getting on the microphone and letting their intentions be known. Thankfully, the Players and company were able to run their foes out of the ring, before laying down the challenges for One Step Closer II. If Bromance wants to get involved in the Players business, they will be glad to put up their CWE Tag Team Titles against them at One Step Closer II. The guys from Bromance accepted, and so it is set : Franchise Players and Bromance on June 26th!

JOHNNY GARGANO AND MARION FONTAINE SETTLE THEIR DIFFERENCES ON JUNE 26TH!
Johnny Gargano and Marion Fontaine have been long time standouts in the CWE singles division. Gargano is a former CWE Undisputed Champion, and Fontaine within the last several months has been on a solid run of victories, minus the loss to Gregory Iron at Bedlam Brawl. Fontaine, as stated above, has alligned himself with lackeys Blaze and Valentino, and has made enemies with the likes of Shiima and Gargano. With Shiima Xion between Mexico and Japan in the next several months, Gargano is left without a partner. But the wounds of what happened on May 29th are very fresh. Fontaine and his cohorts costed Johnny his opportunity to become one half of the CWE Tag Team Champions. Johnny wants revenge, and on June 26th, he will be coming for Marion Fontaine. Will this be Garganos opportunity to get back at Fontaine, or will the wily Fontaine manage yet again to pick up another tainted victory?

THE WAR TO SETTLE THE SCORE! FANS BRING THE WEAPONS!
For the last year, there have been differences between the LA Gunz and the Straight Jacket Mafia. Those differences were compounded when the Mafia used extreme violence against Axel of the LA Gunz at March Madness during their title shot. Even with that, the Mafia still needed to cheat to beat the LA Gunz. The Gunz were determined on revenge, so at Path of Destruction II, they helped the Franchise Players defeat the Straight Jacket Mafia for the CWE Tag Team Titles by carrying away BC Steele from ringside. Dahmer ultimately got the final word of revenge at Bedlam Brawl when he handcuffed Axel to the ring ropes and violently attacked Flea on the outside of the ring. This is a side of Dahmer that has not been seen in the CWE for some time, and one has to wonder where his partner Apollyon was at during these attacks. Dahmer laid it out on the line for June 26th: it will be the Straight Jacket Mafia and the LA Gunz, and it will end their feud, and it will be FANS BRING THE WEAPONS!

MICHAEL FACADE AND RYAN BURKE MEET ONE ON ONE!
Michael Facade has been on a serious role in 2009, starting when he won the Battle Lines Battle Royal, drawing Petey Williams, and then scoring a pinfall win over Patrick Hayes at Bedlam Brawl, only the second pinfall loss Hayes has incurred in his CWE career. Burke, on the other hand, has picked up steam, scoring victories over the likes of Raymond Rowe and Colin Delaney in consecutive months. These men will have their first one on one meeting, with huge implications on the line. Both of these men are deserving of a title shot, and Facade has one stored away to his credit. Will this be another big night for Burke, or will this move Facade one step closer to his destiny?

RAYMOND ROWE MEETS RYAN MITCHELL – BRADWAY PROMISES HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT!
Ryan Mitchell has been undefeated since coming to the CWE in January. He has left Logan Shulo, Michael Facade, and Rowe’s hated rival Kevin Bradway staring at the stars after they stepped into the ring with him. Rowe’s year, however, has been much of the opposite. While Rowe is still the most dominant force within the CWE, his win/loss record has not been very stellar in 2009, much due to the underhanded antics of one Kevin Bradway. Anyone can see that Bradway was way out of his league when he started making obsurd claims about being the toughest man in Youngstown, but has somehow managed to keep from being killed, and even managing to get a victory over Rowe, even if it was by DQ. But then Rowe snapped. He couldn’t take it anymore. No matter how thick skinned and unfeeling someone can be, there comes a point where you just snap. Rowe did serious damage to Bradway at Bedlam Brawl. Bradway had to be helped from the ring, and eventually taken to the hospital. Bradway and his attorneys have been in close contact with CWE officials, and things are not looking good. Bradway has demanded something that CWE officials do not want to allow to happen. Bradway is threatening the company and Rowe with lawsuits and worse, claiming that Rowe aggressively assaulted Bradway May 29th. CWE officials may have no choice but to let Bradway go ahead with his announcement. More on this as it develops.

THE BOUNCER FACES OFF WITH SCOTTIE GASH!
The Bouncer had his hopes of becoming CWE Undisputed Champion cut short by an ankle injury at the beginning of May. Since then, he has been on a quest, and has been going through things the right way : by working his way back up from the bottom. Bouncer won a tough match with Moondog Scrap at Bedlam Brawl, and is now moving on to the new antagonist in the CWE, Scottie Gash. Gash, who has become alligned with Hayes in the past few months, has budding issues with Ryan Mitchell that stem from Path of Destruction, when Gash jumped Mitchell to help Hayes keep the Undisputed Title. A win here will definitely propel either man closer to the top, but where will Hayes and Mitchell fit in?

SIX MAN TAG MAYHEM!
At Bedlam Brawl, Scott Prodigy defeated Shamus Finnegan by nefarious means. After this went down, Prodigy made a deal with Shamus to team up with he and Scrap and take on any three men in the CWE. Very quick to answer the challenge was Marcus Knight, who has promised to have revenge on Shawn Blaze after Blaze turned against him. Louis Lyndon, who had a tremendous showing at Path of Destruction II contacted CWE officials to make his return, and come for revenge against Prodigy, who used the assistance of the ropes to eliminate him from the gauntlet match. He informed CWE officials he would be bringing his brother, Flip Kendrick, with him to even the odds. This should be a truly unique match, as Kendrick and Lyndon are quickly becoming regarded as some of the top fliers in this area. To make things more interesting, Knight, Prodigy, and Shamus all have several variations of exciting high flying manuevers, and could as well soon gain a larger notoriety with it. And Scrap? Well… He’s just Scrap!

HOBO JOE PROMISES A WIN THIS TIME!
Hobo Joe, who admittedly has not scored a pinfall win in CWE since November of 2007, is out for blood at One Step Closer II. In the past several months, Joe has tried in vein when it comes to winning, trying to pick up wins against the likes of Gregory Iron and Moondog Scrap. Finally, at Bedlam Brawl, Joe made an attempt to gain victory over Tuff Tina, stating that he knew he could win, because she’s a woman. In the end, again, Hobo was unable to pick up the win, and further intensified his lust for a victory at any cost. We have really seen Hobo changing his ways as of late, moving to try to cheat and use under handed tactics to win, as oppossed to his technical skill and intelligence. Regardless, Hobo has promised that he will pick up a victory at One Step Closer II, but nothing has been even hinted to as far as an opponent goes. Will this finally be it for Hobo Joe?
