The HWA is headed to Norwood on Saturday Night May 23rd but there will be one more stop before HWA May Day when the HWA’s weekly tradition continues this Wednesday Night May 20th at The Sorg Opera House (65 S. Main St. – Middletown, OH).
All tickets are only $5 and the action starts at 7:30 PM!

HWA HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION JAKE CRIST vs. DAVE CRIST – NON TITLE MATCH
The match the fans demanded has been postponed the past two weeks, but this week at The Sorg the Brothers Crist will finally do battle and if their past encounters are any indication this one will be more than worth the wait.
HARDCORE RELIGION vs. MATT TAYLOR & CHAD CRUISE
The last time these two teams met Hardcore Religion was victorious, never short on excuses Matt Taylor blamed the loss on the fact that HWA officials made him adhere to the stipulation and wear a dress for 30 days after losing to Hardcore Heather Owens, stating that the dress hampered his mobility.
This Wednesday the dress will be gone and Taylor and his tag team partner Chad Cruise will be able to make a huge dent in the tag team scene if they can upset the #1 Contenders to the HWA Tag Team Titles.
Meanwhile Brian Beech and Ron Mathis will look to roll into May Day on Saturday night with another W in the win column.
“DEJA VU” RICHARD PHILLIPS vs. “THE MADNESS” CHRIS HALL
No strangers to one another, Deja Vu and The Madness battled over the HWA Tag Team Titles for the latter portion of 2008… this Wednesday the two bulls will meet one-on-one at The Sorg! ay 23rd, the team of Hardcore Religion will get a shot at the HWA Tag Team Champions The Hybrids. TONIGHT at The Sorg the two teams will meet in singles matches and both teams will be looking for an edge heading into their championship showdown.
