Results from PXW: Hardcore Halloween

Project X Wrestling’s first live event, Hardcore Halloween, is now in the books…and what a night of action it turned out to be. We saw the crowning of several new champions, some of the wildest hardcore matches to ever hit Southern Ohio, and the hottest damn crowd (albeit a small crowd) that damn near blew the roof off of the Jefferson Community Center. Here’s what went down…
- Flash Fury outlasted 15 other men in a Battle Royal, and defeated “The Omega” Aaron Draven in a Ladder Match, to become the first ever PXW Adrenaline Champion.
- Psycho defeated “The Cursed” Michael LaVey after special referee “Damn Fine” Jason Taylor pushed Cursed, allowing Psycho to hit a school boy rollup. After the match, Cursed attacked Taylor, who took out both Cursed and his manager.
- Ricochet w/ Ryder defeated “Violent” Vance Desmond w/ Exotic E. via Superkick to become the first ever PXW U.S. Champion.
- The Unholy Alliance (Tank Runyon & Tyson Rogers) defeated “Sensational” Shane Adams & El Nino to become the first ever PXW Tag-Team Champions, after it was revealed that El Nino was actually the manager of The Unholy Alliance, Ranger Bob, in disguise.
- Juggulator defeated Sam Hane in what has to be the craziest freaking Unlucky 13 match that we have ever seen.
- During intermission an altercation took place between PXW Owner V.L. Stricklett and Unholy Alliance manager Ranger Bob. Ranger Bob was eventually fined $10,000.00 and asked to leave the building.
- “Big Kahuna” Kenny Lucas defeated Tarek the Legend w/ Demonika in one of the many stand-out matches of the night.
- “Sassy” Stephie defeated Angel Dust, by grabbing her opponents tights and getting the pin, to become the first ever PXW Women’s Champion.
- Vile vs. Onyx for the PXW World Championship went to a No-Contest when The Unholy Alliance hit the ring and attacked both men and the referee. V.L. Stricklett came down to ringside and told The Unholy Alliance that if they were gonna crash the main event…they were gonna become the main event. He ordered the men to put their Tag-Team titles on the line immediately…against Vile & Onyx!
- Vile & Onyx defeated The Unholy Alliance w/ Ranger Bob via a double Spear to become the new PXW Tag-Team Champions!
After the match, Tank Runyon got the mic and issued a challenge to Vile & Onyx for a rematch at PXW: New Year’s Evil in January. V.L. Stricklett got the mic and said not only would he make the match, but he would make it a No Rules Falls Count Anywhere Match. It will definitely be interesting to see how this one plays out, fans!
The management of PXW would like to take this opportunity to thank all the great fans who came out, as well as all of the wrestlers, managers, valets, and referees who busted their asses last night to put on a great show. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Sara Blanton, Gail Stricklett, Jeremiah, Lisa, & Costello Young, Ridney & Debbie Lorenz, Jamie Stone, Katrina, Pete, & Jacob Kerns, Serina Grant, Heather & Josh Toole, Dusty King, Jessica Lewis, Big Chris Video, Slam Entertainment, Hitman Productions, Tara Taylor, Kenny Young, and everyone that worked behind the scenes to help us make this show a success.
